Creating an Account
There are two ways into Contract Analyzer: sign yourself up, or follow an invite from a teammate. Both routes take under a minute.
Self-Serve Signup
Head to trmtrk.com and click Sign Up. You'll enter:
- Your email address
- A password (Cognito's default rules apply — length and complexity)
Submit the form and Contract Analyzer sends a six-digit verification code to your inbox. Paste it into the confirmation screen and you're in — straight to an empty Projects page, ready to create your first project.
If the code doesn't arrive in a minute or two, check spam. If it's still missing, click Resend Code on the confirmation screen.
Invite-Based Signup — New Users
If a teammate invited you to a project and you don't already have an account, their invite email contains a Join the Project link that takes you to /signup?token=.... The signup form is pre-populated from the invite token, so your email is already filled in — just set a password.
When you finish signup and verify your email, Contract Analyzer auto-accepts the project invite. You land directly inside the invited project, with the role the inviter chose for you (Owner, Editor, or Viewer).
One flow, one email verification, no extra steps — the invite does the rest.
Invite-Based Signup — Existing Users
If you already have a Contract Analyzer account and someone invites you to a new project, the invite email routes you to the login page instead. Log in as usual — the new project is waiting on your Projects page when you arrive.
There's nothing to accept or confirm; the invite is auto-applied the moment it's sent, because the system already knows who you are.
Invite Expiry
TIP
Invite tokens expire after 7 days. If yours has expired by the time you open the email, ask the sender to re-send — it's one click on their end.
Expired tokens fail closed: if you try to use one, you'll see a "This invite has expired" message rather than a half-working signup. That's intentional — we don't want stale tokens floating around attached to real project access.
