What is Contract Analyzer?

Contract Analyzer is an AI-powered contract review tool built for structured contract diligence — real estate portfolios, vendor agreements, transaction document sets, and whatever comes next. Upload a stack of contracts, run them against a configurable extraction template, and get a side-by-side matrix of the exact terms you care about — party names, governing law, renewal dates, assignment clauses, dollar amounts — with the source text highlighted on the original page.

It's the difference between reading fifty contracts and comparing them.

Key Features

AI Extraction, Structured for Review

Contract Analyzer uses a two-pass AI strategy — first to understand the document's structure, then to pull the specific terms you've defined in your template. Each value comes back with a confidence score, the page it was found on, and the exact source text.

Matrix cells stay short (Yes, Silent, $15,000 Refundable, an ISO date). The full contractual context — deadlines, scope details, remedies — lives in a side drawer with the source excerpt. This is deliberate: the matrix is for scanning, the drawer is for reading.

Multi-Project Workspaces

Group contracts into projects — one project per deal, one per counterparty, or whatever matches your workflow. Each project has its own template, members, and settings. Invite collaborators as Owner, Editor, or Viewer.

Configurable Templates

Templates define what you extract: document types, sections, and fields. Pick a template when you create a project, then toggle which fields are active for that project. Turn on what's relevant for the deal, turn off what isn't.

Contract Hierarchy

Master agreements and their amendments, MSAs and their SOWs — Contract Analyzer auto-detects parent-child relationships from the AI structure pass and renders them as a visual canvas.

Model Choice

Runtime model selection. Default is Claude Sonnet, but you can run any analysis against Claude Haiku, or Gemini 2.5 Pro / Flash, or Gemini 1.5 Pro / Flash. Different contracts, different models — same extraction schema either way.

Export

Every analyzed project exports to CSV or XLSX. The matrix you see is the matrix you ship.

Who It's For

Contract Analyzer is for anyone running structured contract diligence — real estate teams reviewing lease portfolios, procurement teams reviewing vendor agreements, transaction teams reviewing acquired contract sets, and beyond. If you've ever had to find every change-of-control clause across a hundred contracts in a week — or compare renewal terms across a portfolio of leases — this is for you.

Templates are how Contract Analyzer adapts to different kinds of diligence. Real estate ships today; more templates are on the way. If "read every contract and pull the same fields" is part of your workflow, the tool is built for you.
